EU Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are made to order to avoid overproduction and waste.

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–8 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–13 business days after purchase

Note: Production and shipping times may extend slightly during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship exclusively to member states of the European Union (EU).

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping over 49.99

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.

3. Taxes, VAT, and Customs

All prices on our store include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Because all orders are fulfilled and shipped within the EU (via our manufacturing partner, Printful), EU customers will not incur any additional customs duties or import fees.

4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, or if a package is left unclaimed at a local pick-up point, it will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order once an updated address is confirmed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us at hello@untiednations.eu within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Because our items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
